To receive 25% of income for pursuing creative endeavours within the community of Djillong, Wathaurong, Kulin Nation (City of Greater Geelong), until such time that I

1. Stop pursuing creative endeavours within the community of Djillong, Wathaurong, Kulin Nation (City of Greater Geelong) to pursue endeavours of personal gain.

And/or

2. Is no longer able to continue their work within the community of Djillong, Wathaurong, Kulin Nation (City of Greater Geelong).

In the event of the death of

MX. Nick Lawson,

this 25% is to go to

Ms. Bethany Danielle Maloney

Any further money distribution after death is to be discussed with Ms. Maloney

I, MX. NICK LAWSON, appoint

MX. Justin Cetalia of

In Justin’s Case

Realm 2-3/7 The Otherworld

Anarchy Moon 1985

To receive 25% to pursue current and future creative endeavours within the community of The City of Greater Geelong.

Until such time that they, Mx. Justin Cetalia

1. Stops working within the community of Djillong, Wathaurong, Kulin Nation (City of Greater Geelong) to pursue endeavours of personal gain.

And/or

2. Is no longer able to continue their work within the community of Djillong, Wathaurong, Kulin Nation (City of Greater Geelong).

MX. Justin Cetalia is to appoint an individual to continue in their place to receive their 25% of money from creative endeavours for if and/or when they are no longer able to adhere to 1 and/or 2 or upon their death.

50% is to be put towards creative endeavours within The City of Greater Geelong to better the lives of those in the community.

Both parties must agree upon the creative endeavour. If neither party can agree, then it shall be put to community within the City of Greater Geelong as to how it is to be redistributed.

***At no point is the allocation of money be to the detriment of any party involved.

***All debt incurred is one’s own and the responsibility of the individual.
